FAQ

Questions students ask

Who is Magic Pharmacology for?

Pharmacy and medical students preparing for pharmacology tests, end-of-module exams and licensing revision.

How do I pay?

Uganda: dial *185# (Airtel Money), choose Send Money and pay the plan amount to 0704 100 210 (registered name: Salimah Tusiimampora). Botswana: dial *145# (Orange Money) and send the plan amount to 72 965 279 (registered name: Patrick Pike). Then tap Unlock now, enter your name, phone and transaction ID, and send the details on WhatsApp.

Do I have to wait for my code before I can start?

No. As soon as you submit your payment details, all questions and mock exams open straight away. Meanwhile we confirm your payment and send your full access code on WhatsApp. Enter the code when it arrives to keep your full plan.

Why do you need my transaction ID?

It is the reference number in the SMS Airtel Money or Orange Money sends you after you pay. It lets us match your payment to you quickly, even if you paid from someone else's phone. We only send access codes once the ID matches a payment we received, so copy it exactly.

Who do I contact for help?

For technical or academic support, message us on WhatsApp at +267 73 053 656.

Where do I enter my code?

Tap "Unlock now" at the top of the page, then "Enter it here". Your phone remembers it, so you only enter it once per device.

Can I use it on another phone?

Yes. Enter the same code on your other device. Please don't share your code; each one is issued to one student.
